About Community Planting Day

Join us to plant flowers around Downtown Fredonia! We were thrilled to take over this event and bring back a little pop of color to the downtown area for the summer! Volunteers meet at the Visitors Booth to help us plant flowers around the trees down Main St, around Barker Commons, and Village Hall. This is a great opportunity for business owners, community residents, and groups to participate in!

2026 Information

Volunteers can meet us from 10am - 12pm or 12pm - 2pm or for the whole day at the Visitors Booth in Barker Commons.

Snacks and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

Gardening supplies are not required, but you’re welcome to bring any you might have!
